So I connected everything, I even plugged everything out and plugged them back in, CPU is in, Graphics card is in, I tried to swap the both ram and GPU to different slot, still no result, I have a VGA/DVI monitor, I even switched my monitor settings to pick up DVI signal, but there is non, I'm using a DVI To DVI cable, and connecting my R9 290X directly to monitor using a DVI TO DVI, I heard no BIOS beeps, the motherboard turns on I see a green light, I even connected my case wires to my motherboard, as I'm allowed to successfully turn on my pc using power button.

My specs are
my current specs that im building.
