Question Built my pc, turned it on a few times but then went off suddenly and won't turn on anymore

I built my own pc today and then i tried to turn it on. It started but the rgb of the fans and AIO water cooling didn't work, so i tried a few things, the rgd went on for 1 seconde and then the pc went off.

After that, I tried to see if one of the cable wasn't well connected. I could see the pc turning on a few times when touching the power cable of the motherboard, but now nothing. Can someone tell me if i did something wrong and what ?
