Hello, my dad and I just finished building a new computer over a few days. Specs don't really matter as that's not the problem. I daisy-chained about 4 fans together (does that even work?) and then plugged it into the motherboard fan 2 port. The entire system works except for the fans. What should I do?

Each fan should be hooked up to a fan port on the mobo. If you have more fans than ports, then you will need a fan controller or to hook the fans up to the PSU. Hooking them up directly to the PSU will be the cheapest way. Not sure what PSU you have, but most still have a molex cable. Just use a molex/fan adapter for your fans and you will be good to go.

Here is an adapter:

If your PSU does not have a molex connection, you can use this adapter for the SATA interface. It just cost a little more.
