Built new computer. No video output but everything works

I just built a new computer, Everything turns on and works, keyboard works (caps lock and number lock light) but i get no Video output. Ive tried the following
1. Unplugged ram and tried different slots (no beep even when ram is out and PC is on)
2 Unplugged power supply and press the button for 30sec to 1 min
3. Reset cosmos
4, Unplugged everything and plugged it back in.
Everything in my build is compatible. Ive taken the motherboard out of the PC and have ran all this with the motherboard on a insulated surface.

Please make sure you have connected the display to the GPU ports and not the non-functioning motherbd ports.

The motherboard has on board graphics, so when i was installing my motherboard i left out the graphics card to just load it up like that. Nothing, even after installing the graphics and trying the port on the card.
