Question Built new pc but potato graphics

i got new parts for my pc and i load into my call of duty warzone game and the textures didnt load in for awhile and i was woundering if it was my hdd or my ram those are the only two things i didnt change and im leaning more towards the hard drive because its really old but i dont know please help i just want to enjoy my games.

Did you do a fresh install of the operating system with the motherboard change and also update the video card driver. Their a bunch of issues with a lot of the 5700XT cards along with driver issues that seams to affect some PC]s and not others.

So should i just format my drive and just download everything again? And will The 5700 xt damage anything

Get an SSD.

Is that the problem do i get a ssd and keep the hard drive or get a ssd and get rid of the hard drive

You can keep the hard drive but should install windows on the SSD, you can keep the HDD as extra storage or for games where loading times aren't that important.

But is this why texture aren’t loading in and also my disk is always at 100% i think my drive Is failing is their anyway i can check this

Do you have all the latest drivers?

Yes arent the only drivers you download for the graphics card i also updated bios and my windows is up to date
