Built new pc.. Motherboard beeps

I've been having this issue with pc board beeps for the longest time now.. First on my 1st Gen i7 with x58 msi board.. Now on my new setup.. Everything is new except the power supply.. It will randomly beep 5 times.. Mind you I have a brand new msi z170a m7 gaming board with an i7 6700k processor.. And 24 gigs of brand new ram.. I just do not know what's going on.. Hard drive and everything is the same from the old pc setup. Maybe this is a virus? Temps and everything are perfect and it will beep at idle randomly in the middle of the night.. Help!

What is all your hardware, model #s? Do you have the latest BIOS and latest mobo drivers from the mobo website? (those that came on the CD may be out of date already)
