Question Built New System, Not Posting

Fresh built PC, everything seems to be setup fine but it's not POSTing. Tried correct RAM slots, reseating CPU, all cables are connected and checked, tried motherboard graphics and external graphics card. Still not wanting to POST. Any ideas?

CPU: AMD 3700X
RAM: 2X16GB DDR4 Corsair Vengence RGB Pro 3200MHz
GPU: Gigabyte Nvidia GTX 1060 WF2 3GB
SSD: Sandisk 500GB
PSU: Corsair RM750x

Try your RAM sticks individually? COuld be your CPU or PSU is a DOA. Are your fans spinning up?
