When I was building my computer I put my mobo on top of my antistatic bag, is everything damaged or just the mobo ?

Solution
????

Many people use the antistatic bag for building.
I always do myself if fitting an aftermarket cooler as its far easier to do it before the motherboard is installed in the case.

Why would you think your components are damaged?

Edit - I see now , did you install all standoffs in your case properly?

You won't know until you try to get the system to POST. Building on an anti static bag is not an automatic death sentence for your system. As long as you grounded yourself things should be ok. This is in no way condoning building on the anti static bag

well only my mobo light would turn on, and nothing spinned after i tried to turn my computer on and I tried 3 different power supplies so I figured my motherboard went out and I replaced it and im wondering if any of the other components could be damaged

I see now I didn't even have the standoffs installed , but do you know if I damaged anything ? Nothing powered on while I tried to turn the computer on.
