Under Quota Limits I discovered I have a BUILTIN\administrator account that is using nearly 10GB of space. Everything I've read suggests a SQL server, but I'm just a home-based computer. Help!?

That account will own all the Windows system files, not to mention swap file and System Restore Points (I expect). 10GB doesn't seem excessive.

You could try running the built in Disk Cleanup utility: http://www.theeldergeek.com/disk_cleanup_utility.htm
