I'm fairly knowledgable about the game and haven't heard this term
before. Could you generally describe what bullet casting is supposed to
be? I mean, you don't mean throwing a bullet from a sling, do you?

Either that or it's 2 spells in 1 round, in that case you need either
Haste or quicken spell
