Bullguard Deletes Safe Files

My bullguard deletes RANDOM FILES at it's own accord. It doesn't even give me the option to keep them. It just says 'blah blah has been moved to quarantine' and reporting false positive does absolutely nothing.

PLEASE can someone tell me how to fix this? Exempting a folder or application does nothing either.

Don't have any experience with Bullguard, however it seems like you need to talk to their support crew, if available. It's a software I haven't heard of, which means it must be fairly underground and likely unreliable. If you can't get a hold of their support team, then try finding a new antivirus.
