First I have Audacity and NCH Wavepad.
Got some videos that i had been getting off of DVD and putting them in MP4 to store on a portable hard drive to watch on the Media player connected to the TV.
In the Video there high and low, so, how would i go by on bringing the high sound or volume which ever you say even with the low or bring the low volume up to even with t he high sounds
