Bunch of EULA and install.res (dll) suddenly inside my HDD

So i was playing games with my pc etc,not installing a thing suddenly when i look up my HDD there's bunch of EULAs and install.res(numbers).dll and some other file i didnt know,should i delete these files how did it get here?? i can give you guys screenshot if you need to see it

Oh, you probably had to install a Microsoft Visual c++ Redistributable for one of the games you play and it extracted itself in the root folder [or drive foler]. It's okay to delete this if you do not need it anymore. Oh and don't worry it's not virus or malware 😛 and sorry for the very late answer, wasn't at home.
Where exactly, EULA stands for End User License Agreement and the DLL names could be from any software, but then again it could be a bunch of viruses pretending since you said you didn't install a thing. You can post a screenshot if you like + i'd run anti-virus / malware removal scanns. [Malwarebytes is quite good].
