bunker hill securty dvr

My bunker hill 8 channel security system with Dvr always does a system initializing every sat. at midnight.It normally sets itself back to recording with R on it.This last week it was stuck on system initialization,I had to unplug & start again.Would not work with remote or control.Once it came back on there was a one red H in first camera slot.Oh it does rerecord over on hard drive but It won't record at all,nothing is showing on hard drive.I checked all settings and they were set right.I don't know what happened.Please help if possible with suggestions.Thanking you in advance,Shelia Rogers

Is it still under warranty?
