Burn a vista OS disc?

Hi i lost my windows vista 32bit oem version and wondering if i can easily burn it onto a disc and then install? i have the key to officially activate windows but i need a disc
What type of disc do i need?
can someneone link to a windows vista 32bit i can burn onto a disc and then install too my HDD
