Just to clarify: By static I DO NOT mean it's part of the MUL files. I mean
it has been set to non-movable and/or has been added as JUST the ItemID (Not
a functioning campfire)...
They could have just added a campfire, lit it, and set it to
non-movable/non-decay. Or they could have just added the ItemID to the map
as a static art work (Static here meaning
non-movable/non-decaying/non-usable art work)
