First, I'd remove the clearly destroyed parts and check for continuity from Vcore to ground using the diode voltage drop test. If all shorts have been removed, the diode drop voltage should be at least 0.4V, usually closer to 0.8V. If you get something like 0.1V or less, you have more shorts that need to get sorted out and the GPU may be toast.

I can't find them specifically but I think they are a 680uF capacitor with the positive polarity going to the "+" symbol on the board.

Here is an image of aorus xtreme 1080 and board is almost similar may be it can help you identifying the other component??
