Burned spot on gpu

My gpu broke 2 weeks ago, so i decided to try and bake it. While getting it ready to be put in the oven i noticed this burnt spot. Does anyone know if this could be repaired?

Replace burnt down components first.
It may not be necessary to bake anything.

Looks like a small surface mount capacitor(or two). Its possible to find the value of them and get a replacement.
