burner always say insert disc in different burning programs

my Lenovo all in one always say insert disc even there's already a blank disc in. Thanks.

have you updated drivers? go to lenova site and search by your model number and see whats offered to you.

it might mean the drive is going bad, but check drivers bios first as might just need new ones of them.
