Burning a disc

If I burn a disc here will it play on TV

That's a pretty ambiguous question... could you be more specific? What will matter most is the encoding of the disc. It will have to be burned in a format that's US friendly, i.e. NTSC. But it also depends on what device playback will be on. Some devices support playback of multiple formats.

if the disk is a DVD, then it should. depends on the disk and TV mostly, though, I would guess

Well I want to send 2 discs with vidio I have made then put on a disc I just wondered if they will play on there tv

it should work, but again depends on the tv. if they use a laptop or something I'd be much more confident in it working

As long as it's burned in a format supported by your friend's TV, it should be fine. But again, there are other devices capable of multi region playback too. So ultimately, there will be a way
