Burning plastic smell with 2 y/o PC

A few days ago I started noticing a burning plastic smell in my room, and found that it was coming from my PC. I've read some other threads about this subject, but not much can be applied to my case. Everything is working normally; no shutdowns, no loss of performance, no lag spikes, etc. Just a weird smell. If anyone can help me out I would greatly appreciate it.

Update: I found that the smell was coming from the PSU. Could it possibly be dust build up in the PSU?

Sometimes dust/hair/air crap will burn up from the components inside the PSU.

Burning dust usually doesn't smell like burning plastic. Think of what it smells like when you turn the heat on for the first time in your house after summer is over. That's more like what burning dust smells like.

I would be concerned.
