So I have a watercooled XFX RX 480 8gb Reference card (modded bios with voltage up to 1.45v and 225w, current overclock is 1490mhz at 1.31v temps at 51C on load) with 6-pin which I used a NZXT G12 bracket so I could put a H80iv2 AIO on it, put heatsinks on the VRMs and VRAMs, with Arctic Silver under them (which I have read that its safe to use, is it? I'm still unsure about that), a fan from under the GPU that came with the bracket is blowing vertically on the VRMs which is plugged into the GPU, and another 120mm fan, blowing horizontally towards the GPU which is plugged into the case fan hub. My problem is whenever I run Furmark and OCCT I smell something burning from the case, I'm mostly sure its coming from the GPU, but do not know why exactly its doing that, is it because its only a 6 pin and the power draw when I run them is at 220w is to much for the 6pin? (I see no melting on the connectors) I wonder if you guys could give me an insight what could it be.
