burning smell from power supply

there is this burning smell and it never happened before, i checked the temperatures of my computer and and are all at 30 degrees celsius except one where it is at 84 degrees celsius called temp1, what should i do.

Replace your PSU. That's like saying "The milk SMELLS bad, but it's in a milk carton, so it must be milk". PSUs shouldn't smell, especially of a burning odor...
