Hey. I bought a new motherboard, MSI B350m Gaming Pro, and an AMD A8 9600. I installed everything and turned her on. It was on for a few seconds before I turned it off (the CPU debug LED and the VGA debug LEDs were on).

I removed the RAM, put it back in, same with the GPU (MSI GTX 1070 8GB) and now it won't boot!

I removed the CPU andsaw a few pins had burn marks on them (same corresponding pins in the socket also look like there's some resedue inside)

The PSU is working fine (tested withold mobo). The PC still won't turn on, please help!!

Solution
As long as you have installed both correctly, this should not happen, so speak to them. Sounds like the chips fault, but i would also see if you can RMA the board too, just to be safe.

Could be a faulty CPU chip, or board. Personally i would speak to the companies you bought both the items from and request an RMA explaining what has happened. So long as you are 100% sure you installed the components correctly in the first place.

I would not continue to use it. Speak to the company / companies you bought from, as this is not good, and you will continue to get problems, even if it does boot. Something has gone badly wrong with either the CPU or MOBO.
