Burnt fuse or capacitor

I was cleaning the Fan, and when puting it back, fan accidently touched that fuse, blue spark, then not turning on, light on the charger blinking, took everything apart again, then plug in again with back cover open, and then spark with small flame from that fuse

Looks like you're going to have to replace the motherboard. What I don't understand is did you have the laptop connected to the power brick while you were cleaning the laptop? Why did you have the laptop powered up?

I was stupid, I didn't take the battery out , powerbrick was not connected.

It won't turn on afterwards so I connected it to power brick then sparks and small fire...

Sorry Sean. Looks like it's going to be a bit of an expensive lesson. Hopefully you'll be able to find a used motherboard on eBay, etc for a reasonable price.
