burnt hard drive

my hard is burnt due to over voltage of the power supply how i recover my data from hrad drive ? Is my data is safe or lost??

whoooo slow down first how do you know its burnt? and how do you know it was the powers supply

If you fried the electronics on your HDD, you will have to send it to a data recovery company that should be able to swap the controller board and copy your HDD contents to a new drive.

Because i plugged wrong power supply to the hdd ....... 12 volts to 5vlots and 5 volts to 12 volts
