Burst rate (in HD Tune) of Seagate Barracuda 1TB lower than Max. Transfer rate normal?

Hey,

I just checked my harddrives with HD Tune. My pc has 2x 1 TB Seagate Barracuda HDD'S built in.

While one of them has normal values (burst rate higher than max. speed) my other harddrive has a slower burst rate than max. speed.

Theres a screen of the HDD with slower burst rate.

Im not an expert if it comes to HDD'S but I've read that the burst rate should be higher than max. transfer speed.

Do I need to be worried about anything?


My pc specs, if they matter in this case:

Win 10 64bit (no Creators update yet)
Intel Xeon E3 1230v3
GTX 1070
16GB Ram
AsRock H87 Pro4
2x Seagate Barracuda 1TB HDD + 1x 500 GB Samsung Evo 850
