Question Bus speed (Need help)

Is it normal for the bus speed to rapidly jump up and down?

It jumps from anywhere between 98.xx to 102.xx


Idle temp: 40 C

OC to 5ghz on all cores

Voltage: 1.323

Speed step: off


Specs:

i9 9900K

2080TI sli

Aus z390-e rog strix

1000W Corsair power supply

2x Samsung 970 1TB M.2 NVME

128G DDR4 3000mhz Corsair

Completely normal for bus speed to fluctuate a little. If they're fluctuating a lot, though, that could cause instability. The 4MHz fluctuation you're getting shouldn't cause issues with stability or performance.
