[Bus Speed] Whats The Difference between PC2-5300 and PC2-5300s

What is the difference between both of them cuz one of the ram has a bus speed of PC2-5300s but the ram which m buying (Link Here : http://www.ebay.in/itm/Hynex-Laptop-DDR2-SDRAM-1-GB-667-MHZ-/221787256747?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_203&hash=item33a38cf7ab ) is PC2-5300... will it really matter of installing ram of different bus speeds and will it work on my laptop.... on that web page they have a nice memory scanner tool to check again.
the ram in the laptop and the one your looking at are both 667 speed ram. as rated. the ram in your laptop when you ran that test was running slower then it max rated speed.

 

[Ok Go]

the "s" stands for "sodimm" or Small Outline DIMM mainly used for laptops. but this kind of naming doesnt always used by manufacturer/seller and write SODIMM/Laptop Memory instead to avoid confusion (since DIMM and SODIMM have different socket).
