< 18 months, it might be under warranty. You might want to check it out. (Open it up, look inside.)

There is a paperclip test you can try / learn how to do.

Please don't mix and match cables from PSU's even if they're from the same brand, since the pinouts might not be the same for both.

Out of curiosity, how did you manage to blow up a Seasonic PSU? How old was the unit and what sort of specs are you powering with the PSU?

Tbh I have no idea why it happened psu was less than 18 months old, heard a loud crack from where my pc was and then the power went out,went to turn my pc back on and it tripped the electrics again
was a loud crackle and a little smoke when I tried to turn it back on.


I run a 2060 ryzen 3600x 16 gb ram 1 gb ssd msi b450 max tomahawk
