busy/loading cursor keeps appearing

when leaving the pc for a while the mouse cursor keeps flashing busy/loading.

What board and CPU you are using?

Are you sure that your PC is virus checked and no virus on your PC?

Might be a CPU or Virus issue. Doesn't seem a big problem.

I have avast antivirus system, I ran the full scan and boot time scan and nothing is wrong :/ sorry for the late reply

i did, but i realized it happens after using the Media Player Classic
i dont know what does that mean! i hope you could help me here, i t annoys me a lot.
