But my computer crashes when it says Perparing Automatic Repair I don’t know what to do

Once I turn on my computer , an Acer Aspire XC-710, it sometimes shows Preparing Automatic Repair but now, the circle doesn’t go in loops, it just crashes and the screen stays frozen

Could be a bad drive, remove the drive and test it with a USB adapter on another system with a utility like SeaTools. You will probably need to buy a new hard drive and install Windows on that. If the disk is accessable you may be able to copy your files from it if you did not make backups. Which you should do.
