Ok so now i use the sennheiser g4me zero. And i use the asus xonar U3 DAC. Im not that happy with the sound anymore, ive had the DAC for a while now, i want a upgrade since the sound seems wierd at high bass sound. So im asking you if it is any reason to upgrade? I really wanna upgrade to the sennheiser GSX 1000. Ive got a guy who sells it half price of the real new price and its used like 1 time. What do you think?

Just for information, the sennheiser headset i have now does not have 50 ohm impedance, but this is the "original ones" so these i have now is 150 ohm impedance!

Solution
To be honest i wouldnt go on to think that the dac is causing your problem. I would consider new headphones over a new dac. Unless its caused by too low impedance id imagine that maaaybe it could also change the temperature of the sound not just the loudness. But imo it should be the headphones producing a certain sound, the dac only helps clean it out of noise.
