So you're looking for a 250 GB SSD for under $750 that is on newegg.com, it has to come with good cloning software. In addition, you would like to have good quality a SATA to USB adapter to go along. Is my translation correct?

If so,
Here is the SSD http://www.amazon.com/dp/B00E3W1726 Samsung 840 EVO 250 GB, best one on market for speed and reliability. It also comes with Data Migration software.
Here is an enclosure http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817392043
or a cable http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16812232002

You may swap your boot drive without having to purchase a new copy of Windows. If you're currently using Windows, then find your product key and use this guide http://lifehacker.com/how-to-create-a-windows-8-installation-dvd-or-usb-drive-505769939 to help you through the process of Windows installation on a USB.
There are software out there that can search for your product key if you can't find it, google will help you find those software.

The software usually works for me, here is what I would do.

1. Purchase the new SSD as we've suggested.
2. Ready your Windows 8 USB, and the product key that the software has told you.
3. Take out the original drive without formatting or anything to it.
4. Connect the SSD into your system.
5. Install Windows 8 via the USB and type in the product key as you remembered.
6. Go through the installation process.
7. Install all Windows Update including Windows 8.1.
8. Install all drivers from manufacturer's website.
9. Obtain a SATA to USB cable or enclosure for your original HDD.
10. Connect the original HDD externally, and just move your necessary data.
11. Format the HDD if you want.

Um, you can try calling Microsoft and see what they can do about your missing key, or how to find it. They are nice people, you should call and get help. Not much I can do since I am not there to troubleshoot it and I don't know what that software didn't work for you.

Call Microsoft and see what they say.

Yes, that will work just fine for a fresh install.
