Hi I am living at my parents after I have been travelling for months. I want so bad to get a new pc so I can play my favorite games. I have some money coming in the next 2 months which is not enough for my optimal setup. I have a hard time finding a job in my area. So my question is should I wait for the money and in 2 months buy the most I can right there or wait and get a job ?

Thanks in advance.

I would work on it this way (as this is what I did).

Get a minimal computer. Just something that will get you online. Gaming is not even a secondary consideration here. If at all possible, build it yourself with the intent of upgrading in the future (use a quality motherboard and power supply, but low end processor, cheap RAM and maybe a small graphics card), but if need be, a $300 desktop from Wally-World is better than nothing.

Use this computer to aid in getting a new job. Stay with the folks long enough to get yourself set up in your own place (again going minimal here) and then start putting money towards the things you want (better transportation, gaming computer, better apartment).
It's been said already, as much as we'd all love an amazing rig, get your finances in order, find a job and save some cash first of all (ideally then find your own place, but to each their own). If you have no desire to move out of your parents house, and they'll have you, then fair enough.

From there, then look to build your optimal rig.
