It says that pascal offers 2x performance, and I can only afford the 60 series. Buy now or wait?

P.S. I don't wanna waste money buying a gpu that will be obsolete after 1 month.

Solution
Personally I would wait. The Pascals seem pretty revolutionary so it could be heaps better or maybe not. Either way, it will still be faster than current gen, probably worth the wait I reckon.

Now if you have a game that you definitely want to play today and you really can't wait, then you should buy the 960 and maybe sell it later down the road.

No one can really answer that question other than your self. Are you in desperate need of an upgrade? What kind of games are you trying to play and at what settings?
There really is not much info out there regarding the pascal series so we can only speculate that a "1060" model will even be available at launch or they might release it down the line like they did with the 960. Also the pricing is another mystery-you may expect it to be comparable to the current gen bit of its really a revolutionary product range I'd expect nvidia to price it accordingly.

It probably would be higher at launch but it will probably stablise and reduce once 960 production stops
