Buy new or upgrade

I have a few questions so here goes. (my pc is a Lenovo H330 Simline)

1. I need 3 monitors, (I currently have 2) is there a graphics card that will fit and run 3? The one I installed about 12 months ago won't.
2. If there isn't a graphics card that will fit how easy would it be to take out all the components and fit them in a full size case?
3 Would it be cheaper to buy a new pc?

What GPU did you install 12 months ago?

IT is not very difficult to swap cases, just time consuming.

It's an AMD Radeon HD6500 Series.

Something like a SLIM gtx750 (zotac) will run 3 monitors and fit in a slim case. It will also run on the stock PSU no problem.
