I want to play LoL, Warcraft, PUBG and doing some graphic design, programs like Photoshop, in Design, lightroom

That's like a 1,000KM. Is it possible to build by yourself? Using a PCPartPicker, what is the closest country near you? I think we could build you a better system than the one you've linked.
