[SOLVED] Buy new power supply or use current one?

I'm rebuilding my PC because it kept freezing and had also gotten pretty old. I purchased a Ryzen 2200G and a B450 PRO-VDH Motherboard but I now have to decide which power supply to purchase; after looking around I found the Cooler Master MWE 550Watt PSU to be the best PSU in my budget (which is already being stretched). I, however, already have my old PSU which is an X-Calibre XCP-A400. I've been using it for 4 and a half years and it hasn't given me any issues while using it but towards the mid of last year, it started making a sound that I am guessing that the sound comes from the fan. I've attached the sound coming to the post. - https://vocaroo.com/i/s1v6tJLKClOq

I wanted to ask whether I should stretch my budget and get a new PSU, and maybe not get an SSD or if I should continue using my current PSU which still seems to be working?

Technically your PSU is ok to run just the CPU. Maybe save up and "do it right" with a PSU purchase when you add a GPU.
