Buy now and upgrade, or wait on Win 10?

Will it make more sense to buy a desktop with Windows 8.1 and upgrade to Windows 10 or just wait until Windows 10 is out and get Windows 10 pre-installed? In the past I wouldn't even have considered buying and upgrading immediately, but I'm not sure if it makes more financial sense and if the upgrade is going to result in more glitches than a clean install of Windows 10.

Its a free upgrade , Doesnt matter financially. As far as installations are concerned. windows 8.1 and updates work pretty well. And MS updates would be glitch free since they test and debug for over a year. So no point in waiting . Buy now.

I'd upgrade right away. I used the Technical Preview, and it was pretty damn solid. The only issue I hit was that Windows 10 doesn't like the hidden Administrator account that you unlock via cmd prompt.
