Buy Now or Wait for 7000/600 series [UPDATED]

Okay. My previous poll wasn't quite explained. So, I going to make a new one. Over the past few days, I was thinking about waiting for the 7000 series. But then I came across the EVGA Step Up Program. I also came across the 6950 which can be unlocked to 6970. So here's my poll, Buy 6950 and unlock to 6970, Buy GTX 570 and go for the EVGA Step Up Program when 670 comes out, Or wait for 7000 series.

Doesn't the step up program have a set amount of period? I don't think nVIDIA will push out Keplar in that time frame. I would go with something around $200 for now and use it until you feel like updating to the newer generation graphic cards.

Buy what you can afford now and upgrade later, if you feel your not getting the graphical power that you want. Just make sure you have a good PSU to power your GPU selection and you should be good to go.
