I want buy a new pc but I dont know if wait to the new hardware..
I heard NVIDIA releases new series at June maybe and one month later AMD releases the new CPUs..

what do you think?
I dont know when AMD release the new GPU..

But I want to play with RT.. otherwise I buy AMD card..

there is no rtx for amd cards although ray tracing isn't that good it just gives you much less frame rates

Much depends oh what you have now and how satisfied you are with it but.... You may wait forever if you wait for something new.
Best policy is to get now best you can afford with an eye on upgradeability in next couple of years.

you can overclock this 9700k to 4.9 ghz, there is no reason for buying 9900k for gaming just 4 fps difference
