[SOLVED] Buy Ryzen 5 2600x or wait for 3600x ?

Hi there, I was wondering if I should buy 2600X now or wait for 3600X? I have no PC at the moment. I wonder how big is the performance gain and is it worth waiting?

If it was me, I would wait it out. But thats just me.

5-6 months is a very long wait for a rig when you need one...; depends on what you already have,,,and what your objectives are. (Gaming more demanding and upgrades might be more frequent than those required by folks who mainly watch Youtube, etc...)

This with a 6700K might be content to wait longer than those with an FX8350....

If you already have a system (PC/laptop), which is still quite useable, good things come to those, who wait.
If you do not have a PC/laptop at all or if your current system failed or if the performance of your current system is giving you big problems, just go buy the processor now.
