Hello!

Alright I'm having a Webb Server in my house. But the problem is that my visitors have increased a lot. From around 40 to 900. My server starting to have some real struggle once it reaches 500 visitors.

Im thinking of building my own one and also buy my own components. But I'm not sure what to buy... I really need help.

Or should I choose online hosting from Amazon or similar. But I have no idea what to choose.

My question is what should I buy? To create the best server for my money.
My budget is $2500.

I need help as fast as possible!

Thank you.

I'm suspecting that he is having more of a drive performance issue than anything. Check and see if your hard drive isn't getting thrashed horibly. I bet that is the case. Maybe low ram to a point also but more of a drive thrashing issue. You will need to go with an nvme type of drive that can handle that kind of read write performance you need for a webpage. with a normal drive it is getting thrashed really badly. Consider (Quick failure) of the drive. With 900 users that's not that many transactions for a computer to handle but for the drive to handle almost impossible. Consider the intel 750 or 3500 series. They are more focused on enterprise environments. The only way to really know is for him to give us a real idea on what kind of...

Well I'm thinking of these components:
Motherboard: ASUS Z10PE-D16 WS
Processor: 2x Intel Xeon E5-2620 V3 2.4 GHz 15MB
RAM: 2x 16 GB
Chassi: Phanteks Enthoo Pro
Power Supply: EVGA Supernova G2 850W
Fans: ??

I don't know which processor fans I should use.

those arn't really the components you should get for a server two 6 cores isn't much and that motherboard is made for workstations and enthusiast gaming pcs not servers. here is another option

SuperMicro X8QB6-F motherboard

quad xeon E7-2850 - would HIGHLY recommend buying them used because you will save a lot and xeons are very hard to damage. this would give you 80 threads at 2ghz and should be much faster then the dual 6 core without costing that much more

ram- this motherboard supports up to 32 dimms of ram and it runs ddr3 ecc registered, probably the cheapest ram out there. i would just go and buy 2 or 4 gigs sticks to save some money.

chassis. i don't know the exact form factor of this one but it is a huge mobo.

psu- i would spend the extra and get a nice kw unit because you dont want to run any psu close to its max for 24/7
