Reworked price range
GeForce FX cards are back
More cards added
Linux note in the FAQ
And some minor changes....

I didn't add GeForce "XT" cards, because I'm yet to see their benchmark/reviews. Help me with links.

No prob. IIRC, the 9600 AIW and 9700pro both fit there and happily the 9700 AIW, BBA 9800pro 128, and FX 5900 256 have crept down into that price range as well.

Cool, Good work!

Just finished most of my benchmarks (having trouble with Vulpine) and I'll have that updated tonight too (going to Toronto tomorrow morning @ 6am).

I notice still no Matrox cards, even though the sorry excuse XGI is there. Ahh I guess that is to be expected, no one respects Surround gaming an d 16X AA.

Thanks again for your efforts.

Yep, same here, see the update in the Catalyst review.

Now I have a feeling it's CAT 3.10 wide.

I'm a little Pi$$ed at that cause it was my only OpenGL benchmark (hey I didn't know I was going to turn this into a sticky  ). I sure would hate to lose that. Oh well I tried to make it work (I finished all the benchmarking but that LAST NIGHT!), but we may need to wait for a fix in the next drivers. I will e-mail Catalyst Maker about this, but since it's a benchmark and not a game, I don't know how much the Catalyst team will care.

Oh well, at least it's not a game that's fubar'd (but I haven't played Morrowind yet [played 4 hrs of Halo against some friends last night with these though]). But not even running is strange, but I did get other errors with it in earlier versions (CAT 3.2/3.4).

The big price range bug is now fixed!

About adding XGI: I decided to add XGI in the buyers' guide because big XGI ad campaign may attract some uninformed buyers.

Matrox and AIW cards: This buyers' guide is currently for gaming cards only. Matrox and AIW cards will be included when there's 2D and multimedia card section.

Surround gaming is too expensive. I don't think I've seen a people in this forum who wants to buy Matrox card for surround gaming.

I think they're already available in Europe. I've saw a thread in Futuremark where a Danish(?) guy bought an XGI Volari V8 Duo Ultra.

Funny I thought you'd go for XGI! Hahaha XGI, the next Matrox? Nah, XGI's aren't good enough yet. Maybe if they had 3 chips. No four. Call it five, and I'll buy.

AMD 2500+, 1gb DDR333, Radeon 9800 Pro, Audigy 2. Yummy...

Here are a few links for the 5900xt cards with the slower 2.8 ns memory. The reviews are quite positive and this may be the new enthusiast card given its nice balance of price and performance. I'm looking forward to Tomshardware reviews on the 5900xt in the future.
