Question Buying 10600 from a Mac?

I've seen on eBay an i5 10600 pulled from a Mac at a pretty big discount. They claim they work in PCs as well. Is this true and is it worth it? Any downsides?

Did you get a picture of the CPU? if it should work differently it would have special coding or partnumber imprinted on it that differentiates it from similar processors.

I don't know about CPU's, but your concern is valid. Many drives (HDD/SDD) pulled from Mac's don't work on PC's.

There is no picture no. I think I'm going to get a 3600 instead. I'm still not sure though.
