buying 2 dual channel 2x8gb ?

I'm planning to pair 9900k (dual channel) with

It's sold in 2x8gb, but not 4x8gb.
If I buy 2 sets of 2x8gb, will I still be able to use it as 32gb and still be compatible with the CPU that the fact it's dual channel?

Two sets have no guarantee to be compatible together from G.Skill.

I suggest using 4266MHz if you need 32GB and that high of a speed.

I actually looked into that route, but 4266/17 were impossible to find. Ebay sellers are asking for price like $100 more than 4400/18 cost..

I don't think there is much demand for DDR4 memory at those speeds at this time.

True.. it’s just satisfactory. But would it be wiser to go for 4266/17 than 4400/18? It’s more expensive but then it’s sold in 32gb kit whereas 4400 isn’t.

Under g.skill website, the 4266/17 is listed under dual/quad channel, I’m not sure what that means in terms of that it’s not just dual channel or quad channel, but will it work with 9900k and Z390 Godlike?
The 4266 kit is currently sold in ebay shipping from Italy, Germany and etc,. How trustworthy do you think it is?
