Buying a custom built PC, are these specs good?

-Intel i7 3770k processor @ 3.5ghz stock but is unlocked so you can over clock it to the moon.
- Top of the line Asus Sabertooth Z77 motherboard with the chassis fans, loaded to the max and super fast.
- 11usb (5 are usb3.0) there is 3.0 on the top and the back, wifi, HDMI, sata, display, 7.1 optical audio, etc...
- 8gb of 1866ghz ddr3 ram
- The coolest cpu cooler there is - an H100iGTX with neat usb interactive stuff (dual 120mm fans)
- DVD burner
- 250gb SSD - samsung evo 850 (its fast)
- 650w corsair power supply
- 5tb movie and storage hard drive bonus for an additional $200
- Super clean and sharp looking Inwin GT1 black case with fans, it runs cool and quiet.
There isn't a GPU, I would be trading a macbook air 2014, ps3, and a galaxy tab a

I7-3770K is 3 generations old. And what Corsair PSU is it?

Honestly not sure, I was gonna look at it more when the guy came by with it. But for now do you think that is a fair trade? The mac is an 11in base model early 2014

I don't know your Mac's specs, but it's certainly newer than that build.
