Buying a gaming PC, price range 800-1000 euros

I'm planning to buy and build a good guality-price ratio'd gaming pc with 800-1000 euros (price including Windows 10) and I'm quite clueless on what kind of hardware parts I'm supposed to be looking for, so I'm in need of some comprehensive advise.

The games I am hoping my pc to be able to run without problems, with a fluent FPS and with as high graphics as possible include Battlefield 5, Shadow Warrior 2, Far Cry 5 and Dying Light to name a few.

Any advise will be appreciated.
