i want to know what graphics card (listed below) is best for me for gaming(games like gta 5,farcry 4,watch dogs)........
Do'nt suggest anyother than listed below because my budget is low($50-70).........

To play GTA V in a respectable resolution and settings combination, you'll need at least:
GeForce GTX 960 or GTX 1050Ti or Radeon HD 7950 or Radeon R9 380 or Radeon RX 570

Less than that and you'll REALLY need to reduce the settings to get it to a playable framerate.

You're asking if a Radeon HD 6850 1GB can play GTA V. Yes, technically it could. Of course all of your settings would be dialed down to a minimum and your resolution would take a bit hit. Even then... I don't know how your frame rate would be. If you really want to play the game though regardless then I'm sure you'll be willing to accept a big compromise.

Edit: After watching the video that the last guy posted, it looks like a Radeon HD 6850 can handle the game pretty well at reduced settings. It speaks a lot of the GTA V PC port to be able to scale down to work with that old card.

All of the cards you mentioned are a bad choice for GTA V and Watch Dogs, since they are very slow by today's standards.

That being said, you could probably get away with 650Ti (the first one on your list). 1440x900 is likely the highest you should go, with medium details. 1280x720 would likely allow some settings on high. Your mileage may vary, depending on the game.

Still, you can expect lag spikes from time to time, depending on the complexity of the scene.

i think AMD HD 6850 had the best performance here, you should get it if its possible

Cards with 1gb vram should be run at 720p for newer games like GTA V. Consider 2gb DDR5 vram and 128 bit memory bus as minimum for 1080p.

Look for a GTX 1050ti.

650 is a bit better. Neither card is going to give you great performance on any of those, especially if the rest of your PC is at the same level of those cards. What is the rest of your PC specs?

you're probably going to want something better than a low end 600 series card

out of the two you listed, the 650 is better, but neither is going to run gta5 at medium. maybe a 770?

I think you may need to consider lowing your expectations on results. there aren't a lot, if any, upgrades you can make for 50-60 bucks that will do what you're asking

That said, you may be able to sell your current graphics card and put that together with your current budget

The 650 is the card to get. Since it has 1gb vram, you need to run your games at 720p, especially since you want to play demanding games. You might be able to turn some settings up to medium. Mainly settings that don't increase vram usage and settings that don't require lots of CPU power.

Some games, like Watch Dogs, don't run all the great even on powerful systems. These games are not meant for people on a budget. You may, or may not, get a playable experience off games like that. Focus on games that are known to be well optimized.

Anyway, buy the 650Ti. It may not run well at 1080p, but it will get you going if you don't have much of a budget to work with.

ok i will buy gtx650ti.........but i noticed that its power supply requirement is 400W and my power supply is 350W.................so their is any problem??

The 6850 is about 6-7 times better than the 6450,

but neither will run GTA V that well. MIN. on that game is a GTX 660, which is roughly twice as fast as the 6850. You'll probably be at like 720p 30fps on medium settings.

If that's all you can afford, that's all you can afford, but I would highly recommend saving up and getting at least an RX 460 or a GTX 1050. Those will at least put you in the ballpark of being able to play those kinds of games well.
